Are you moving to Queens?

Forest Hills was one of the original “bedroom communities” of New York City. Some of the most successful people in the world have lived at our doorstep- the Ramones, Ray Romano, Awkwafina, Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel, and Helen Keller- and Forest Hills Stadium has boasted some of the greatest tennis players and music groups of all time.

It is in this context that Ascension was founded in 2006. Ascension and its members also serve and come from surrounding neighbourhoods like Rego Park, Kew Gardens, Glendale, and Maspeth.

Community is one of the core values of Ascension. On this page, you’ll find resources and links to information about living in our neighbourhood. Moving to Queens and have questions about living here? Contact roseann@ascensionforesthills.org
